How to find your optimal CBD dosage in Malta

The "Start Low, Go Slow" Method
Regardless of what the calculator says, the golden rule of CBD is to start low and increase slowly. This method, known as titration, helps you find the minimum effective dose without wasting product or building unnecessary tolerance.
- Day 1-3: Take the recommended "Morning" dose only.
- Day 4-6: Add the "Evening" dose if needed.
- Day 7+: Increase by 1-2 drops per day until you feel the desired relief.
Understanding Strength (Mg vs %)
